Brynn WardAmateur baker and Frisbee phenom, Ms. Ward is the newest member of our art department. She is a first-year teacher who earned a BA in Art Education from the University of Central Arkansas.
In addition to teaching, Ms. Ward loves making art and listening to music. She is an avid painter of lifelike portraits and an dedicated listener of folk-pop, bubblegum pop, K-pop, dance-pop, soft pop, art pop, jangle pop, country pop, and Aerosmith. Ms. Ward is a first-year Windgate Fellow and participant in the Thea Foundation's Art Reconstruction program. She teaches Art 1 and Drawing 1. |
Shannon HarrisonMs. Harrison came to teaching later in life, but it is a lifelong dream realized. When not teaching, she's usually in her office experimenting with media and dancing to 80s music.
In her free time she can be found creating an endless series of assemblages and sketchbooks stitched together with various ephemeral bits that chronicle an undying addiction to pattern and repetition. She has been teaching for 8 years, is a first-year Windgate Fellow and participant in the Thea Foundation's Art Reconstruction program, and is an Advanced Placement Certified teacher. Ms. Harrison teachers, Art Design, Crafts and Fibers, Drawing III, Jewelry and Advanced Placement Studio 2D. |

rodney baileyPuck and Amos' dad is a 19-year visual art instructor with the Little Rock School District. He earned a BA in Philosophy, a BA in Studio Art, and a MEd. in Secondary Education from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
Mr. Bailey's honors include Excellence in Differentiated Curriculum from Arkansans for Gifted and Talented Education and the Distinguished Service within the Profession award from the Arkansas Art Educators' Association. He is a Teacher of the Year recipient, an 9-year Windgate Fellow and participant in the Thea Foundation's Art Reconstruction program and a certified Advance Placement teacher. Mr. Bailey teaches 3D Design, Advanced Placement Studio Art 3D, Ceramics and Ceramics 2. He sponsors Parkview's Arkansas Young Artists Association and Art Club. |
